Introducing Reformer+, our brand-new Studio 113  Cadillac Reformer studio. A space designed to take your Pilates journey further than ever before.

Cadillac Reformers are widely regarded as the most versatile and sophisticated Pilates machines available. By combining the traditional Reformer with the Cadillac tower, these machines dramatically expand the range of exercises that can be performed. Compared to a standard Reformer, Cadillac Reformers offer significantly more exercise options, allowing for greater variety, progression, support, and challenge. From advanced strength and mobility work to highly supported rehabilitation and alignment-focused movements, the Cadillac Reformer adapts to every body and every level, hence the name, Reformer+. 

At Reformer+, you’ll experience a deeper, more dynamic practice that improves strength, flexibility, control, and body awareness. All this while keeping precision and safety at the forefront.

Our teachers bring over 40 years of combined experience, with a high level of training and expertise to guide you through every class. Whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to refine an advanced practice, you’ll be supported by knowledgeable, attentive instructors who are passionate about helping you move better.
